BelDorTjazTrans (BDTT) is a Belarussian company that is specialized in oversize and heavyweight cargo forwarding and transportation by road, river, air, train and mixed ways of cargo delivery in and out of Belarus.

 

First of all about our name. BelDorTyazhTrans means: Bel – abbreviated “Belarussian”, Dor – the Russian word of “Road”, Tyazh – the Russian word of “Heavy”, Trans – abbreviated “Transportation”

 

BDTT maintains membership in National Expedition Association and international FIATA.

 

BelDorTyazhTrans is a joint venture of the Belarussian “Beldortrans” and Russian “Speztyazhtrans”. The former, Beldortrans, is a part of Belavtodor Department of Ministry of transport and communications of the Republic of Belarus. The latter, JSC Speztyazhtrans, is the major oversize and heavyweight cargo expedition and transportation company in the Russian Federation.

 

Started in 2004, we made many projects, including the following:

 

   • We delivered a generator stator with weight 176.8t ; a stator low part 120.0t; a rotor 94.0t from Riga port(Latvia) to Minsk Electro station № 3.  

 

   • We delivered 2 reactors to Mozyr oil refinery plant by mixed way. Each reactor weighs 251.0t; and 2 reactors with weight 167.0 t by river transport up to the moorage on Pripyat river and then by auto, i.e. heavy vehicle up to the building site.  

 

   • Recently we delivered 2 gas turbines to Minsk Electro station №2. Each turbine has weight 146.25t from Riga port. And many other transportations.  

 

It is important to note BDTT competences:

 

   • Getting special permits and licenses for oversize and heavyweight cargo expedition and transportation across the territory of Belarus and CIS member-states;  

 

   • Scheduling, supervision and management of complex transportation projects, including loading and unloading works stages;  

 

   • Special convoy arrangements with state highway patrol, emergency/security, communications, and electricity services;  

 

   • BDTT experts will choose the most efficient and optimal route of transportation across the territory of Belarus for oversize and heavyweight cargo transport based on the nature and specifications of a particular delivery, roads and infrastructure capacity.
